ABOUT
I'm an Emmy nominated bilingual journalist with a master’s degree in International Public Policy from one of the most prestigious universities in London. I have a decade of global experience sharing impactful stories relating to identity, social justice, mental health and public policy. I’m passionate about uplifting voices that often go unheard and am looking to continue to tell stories that create meaningful change.
When asked what I wanted to be as a young child, my answer would often shift between a singer and mail carrier. I knew I loved the excitement of performing, but I also really enjoyed listening and talking to people. When my older siblings would leave for school, I looked forward to saying hello to our mailman every morning and sharing a short conversation. How exciting, I thought to myself. He gets to drive around and talk to people all day.
Fast forward into my adulthood, and I’ve found middle ground for my childhood aspirations: performing and talking to people as I share their stories as a journalist. I’ve shared stories for newsrooms, start-ups and non-profits throughout the world and studied the institutions that often shape these narratives through a master’s program in London. My craft has taken me from Tunisia to Scotland and back home to the United States.
